Testimonial by Bob Beranek
The biggest benefit to your system is its simplicity. As a trainer, I believe that tools with a low learning curve means faster development of productive technicians and your machine is one of those tools that can be mastered quickly and easily.
Congratulations on a great design and I wish you success.

Glazex Tool Operation

simple---simple---simple
* Wet vacuum base and attach tool with the injector next to the damage.
* Slide the injector over the damage and screw it against glass surface.
* Add resin.
* Use the power piston
* Or use the vacuum/pressure pump to inject resin.
* Or pull a vacuum and then apply pressure directly on the resin using the power piston.

Maintenance
Occasionally, about once a month, lubricate the adjusting screw, pressure stem, pressure arm bushing , injector threads and the three threaded injector holes in the plate.

Note: No need to disassemble and clean the repair tool at the end of each day. Do NOT remove the seal at the end of the day for cleaning. Just place the repair tool with the injector seal on a paper towel, until the next repair.
